I have a rental property in Leesburg. Chris Clark of Abbey Flooring sold me carpet and vinyl flooring for the entire house while I was between tenants. That installation was easy as well as economical. My current tenant had an accident on the property. Once again Chris came through for me. He took the original purchase and figured out exactly what would be needed to replace the damaged vinyl and carpeting on one floor, ordered the exact materials for the replacement, scheduled the installation with my tenants, provided the necessary documentation for the insurance company and after the installation checked to make sure that the work was done to our satisfaction all over the phone. I am extremely pleased with both the service and the products I received.

Abbey recently completed a full renovation of our master bathroom. Zied helped us through the entire experience making it easy for us. We thought it was going to be grueling, picking out tile, cabinets, granite, tub and fixtures but it came together easily and he made sure we understood the process and timelines. We changed our minds on a few things throughout the project and Zied managed that and made sure it didn't create a large impact on the schedules. The crew that worked at our home every day was professional, friendly and extremely neat. They put up plastic to minimize dust in the rooms and dirt on the floors. Andres and Orlando made sure everything was to our liking. The end result is fantastic. We are so happy and now only wish we had done this much sooner!

This was my second time working with Abbey for flooring installation. The first time was to install tiles on our basement and this time was to replace carpet by hardwood flooring. The experience the second time around was no different from the first one. Chris was great at explaining the pros and cons of the material to use, was quick to provide us with an estimate. Nick who leads the installation team was awesome in accommodating for our tight schedule. His team was efficient, courteous and very careful. They got to the point of looking for materials to remove smell from cat's "accident" before installing the wood. Will definitely to back to Abbey for future projects

My wife and I initially contracted Abbey Design Center to remodel our dated kitchen and family room, complete an unfinished basement laundry room, and install new flooring in our basement and first floor. Soon after, we added first floor powder room and remodeling for a complete makeover. The Abbey Design team worked with us through concept to detailed plans, which we approved at all stages. Zee met with us to select cabinet, flooring, and accessory products as well as paint colors. As the work progressed, I was amazed at how thoroughly the Abbey team had designed our remodel. Their art of visualization in the design phase was masterful. It all came together as envisioned.

As we are both retired, my wife and I were home on all the days the Abbey team worked on our house. Everyone on the Abbey team was outstanding.
